We want teachers to feel confident trying Kuliso. No tricks, no fine print โ just clear terms written for real people.
Kuliso for Teachers is billed at $9.99 per month, charged on the same day each month (the day you first subscribed).
Payments are processed securely through Stripe โ Kuliso never stores your card number. Your bank statement will show a charge from Kuliso / Polsia.
Referral rewards (free months you've earned from referring other teachers) are applied automatically before any new charge. You'll see your credits reflected in your dashboard.
You can cancel your subscription at any time โ no email required, no phone call, no hoops to jump through.
If you run into any trouble canceling, email us at support@polsia.com and we'll cancel it for you within 24 hours.
When you cancel, you keep access to Kuliso for the rest of your current billing period. We don't cut off access immediately โ that would be unfair.
For example: if you're billed on the 1st of each month and you cancel on the 15th, you'll have access through the end of that month. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Your classroom data, student sessions, and transcripts are preserved for 90 days after cancellation, in case you change your mind or need to export anything.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Here's our general approach:
Within 7 days of a charge: If you contact us within 7 days of being billed and feel the charge was unfair or you didn't intend to renew, we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After 7 days: Refunds are at our discretion. We'll always look at the full context โ technical issues, billing errors, unusual circumstances. We'd rather keep a happy teacher than argue over $9.99.
What we don't refund: We generally don't refund partial months (e.g., "I only used it for 2 weeks"). But if something went wrong on our end โ a bug, an outage, a billing error โ we'll make it right.
To request a refund, email support@polsia.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 1โ2 business days.
School and district plans are billed annually and are subject to separate contract terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Contact us at support@polsia.com for refund and cancellation terms specific to your plan.
The Family Plan ($7.99/month) follows the same billing, cancellation, and refund policy as the Teacher Plan above. Cancel anytime from your parent dashboard, and contact support for refund requests.
